Carly Allen PPC

As a military officer with 18 years of service, I understand the challenges faced by military families and first responders. Prior to becoming a therapist, I also enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources. My Christian faith plays a significant role in my life, and I’m happy to incorporate these values into therapy if that’s meaningful for you.

I’m also married with a blended family, giving me firsthand experience with the joys and complexities of family dynamics.

“When I listen to another person with empathy and understanding, it is not because I agree with him, or because I am trying to change him, but because I see the world through his eyes and because I want to understand him from the inside out.” – Carl Rogers
